Companies from across the state entered the two-part assessment designed to gather detailed data about each participating company to determine the complete list of the Best Employers in Ohio. The first phase consisted of an evaluation of each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics. During the second phase, employees completed an anonymous 72-question survey that measured their engagement and satisfaction with the company.
Rhein Chemie Corporation encourages its employes to become engaged in setting the company’s culture. The Best Employers in Ohio awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in the state of Ohio in three categories: small-sized companies (15 – 24 employees), medium-sized companies (25 – 249 employees) and large-sized companies (250+ employees). To be considered for participation, publicly or privately held companies must have a minimum of 15 employees working at a facility in Ohio.
Winning companies will be formally honored at an Awards Ceremony at a date to be determined.
